Labeling Machine Glue Application And Feed Rollers

Resurfaced rollers by Stiles are an economical solution for packagers that want to reduce the high cost of purchasing new rollers.

Remember that Stiles can resurface rollers on your imported labeling equipment.

When wet glue rollers are taken off the machine, glue sometimes settles inside, hardens when it drys, and can make it impossible to install on a shaft for resurfacing. It is best to stand these rollers on end to drain the glue when removed from the labeling machine. Excess glue should be wiped clean before it hardens.

Please take care when shipping rollers for reconditioning. We have seen core damage as a result of poor packing which has made recovering not possible.
