ORDERING INFORMATION
USA Minimum Order: $40.00
Standard Payment Terms: Net Payment Due 30 Days After Invoice Date
We require:
(1) bank and (3) trade references for domestic new customers and for inactive customers seeking credit.
Acceptable Payment: Company Check, Wire Transfer, Credit Card (American Express, Visa / Mastercard), Direct Deposit.
All Bills Are Payable In US Dollars.
Outside The USA Minimum Order: $100.00
International Charge: $30.00 Per Shipment
We Will Not Partial Ship On International Orders Unless Requested

Normally our terms outside the USA are Cash In Advance in US funds before shipment.
Shipments outside the USA are shipped on the customer shipping account number. DHL is our default shipper. We would need your DHL account number in order to ship.
If you want to make your own arrangements for shipment, we will forward shipment dimensions and weights when the order is ready.
Different products may require higher dollar minimums or minimum order quantities with costs exceeding the above minimums.
We make and supply thousands of parts. Similar parts may vary by a slight change in a dimension or have a different material not evident in a picture. These changes may make a part unusable in your application.
Parts that are ordered wrong will be subject to restocking fees or may not be returnable. Custom made parts are not returnable. This could cost you thousands of dollars.
Save time and save the head aches. Double check with our sales office that you are purchasing what you really need.
Even though many of our parts are stock items, more items are made to order per our customer requirements. For quality control purposes, we assign part numbers to almost every thing we sell, both standard and made to order custom specification. Application information, customer notes, production procedures and pictures are taken and filed with most new part numbers.
With your order include the Equipment Manufacturer and the Manufacturer Part Number when possible.
We are familiar with many of the standard packaging equipment used by our customers, and have a system which tracks application information when provided. When application information is available, better advice can be given on product selection, and ordering errors can sometimes be picked up prior to part manufacture.
Cold bonded parts require time for adhesives to cure.
We do our best to work with customers on delivery. When a customer insists that a fabricated part or belt is shipped as soon as it is made, it must be understood that our policy is not to ship parts until adhesives are cured and post cure inspection has taken place. If a customer insists on shipment of parts without allowing enough time for curing, Stiles will not accept responsibility for delamination which may result.
Sometimes ordering from original equipment specifications can be wrong.
Most of the time OEM specifications are right.
When equipment is modified, the changes in required parts are not always kept up to date. We've had replacement belts which have had different sizes, different materials, and have been both spliced seamless or laced sharing the same equipment manufacturer part number.
Orders for machined and molded parts have their own problems which can be avoided.
Adjust conveyor tensioning devices / take-ups to middle positions prior to measuring for required belting.
We normally do not allow returns on non-standard parts which conform to our customer's purchase orders.
The best way to avoid costly purchase errors is to forward a current accurate drawing or sketch of the part required, or to forward a sample of the part to be replaced. Include application information, your company name, address, your name, and a phone number to reach you at. Also include reference to your Stiles contact if this item was already discussed.
When you are ready to order, include the Stiles Part Number if available with a part description or drawing number.

Regrettably, it is not always possible to break into ongoing production and give the the short delivery required.
